Dusit Central Park, whose Phase 1 opened on September 4, 2026, is a large-scale mixed-use development consisting of four towers, developed by Dusit Thani and Central Pattana (CPN).

Facing the lush, oasis-like Lumpini Park, the project comprises Dusit Thani Bangkok (a luxury hotel), Central Park Offices (office tower), Central Park Retail (shopping complex), and residential towers.
